Forschung mit Universitäten


Um unsere Software immer auf dem höchstem Niveau zu halten, arbeiten wir mit mehreren Universitäten aus verschiedenen Ländern zusammen.

Gemeinsam mit der Universität Zürich haben wir unser Schablonendesign auf die Bedürfnisse herausragender Chirurgen wie Prof. Dr. Christoph Hämmerle und Dr. Ronald Jung optimiert. Gemeinsam mit PD Dr. Dr. David Schneider entwickelten wir eine Software zur Analyse und zum Verständnis langjährigen Verhaltens des Aufbaus von Weichgewebe.

Mit der Universität Bern (Prof. Dr. Michael Bornstein / Dr. Valerie Suter) haben wir unser SMOP System zur Skizzierung von 3D-Volumina im radiologischen 3D-Bild des Patientenkiefers erweitert. Ziel war es, Zysten und andere Anomalien zu markieren und zu messen. Diese Verfahren können nun auch verwendet werden, um Knochenblöcke zu markieren und zu entwerfen, die zur Herstellung exportiert werden sollen.
